Hi, my name is Lisa and I assist those on the Awakening journey who are ready to come into spiritual alignment and embody their true authentic selves, and fully express their Beingness so they may live an intentional, joyful life of abundance.

On my own Awakening journey I faced many ego deaths and dark nights of the soul as I shed layers of programming and old ways of being that were keeping me stuck and disempowered.  Being an Empath, I was the classic people pleaser, always placing other peoples needs above my own.  I was like a chameleon, as I fit in to the mold of what other people wanted me to be. As I went through this Awakening process of unbecoming all that I am not, I discovered the truth of who I am and my soul gifts began to come online and reveal themselves.

In this loving, compassionate container you will uncover your own inner wisdom and awaken the spirit within you. Through a blend of somatic and vocal empowerment exercises, meditations, activations, and self-exploration, you'll learn to embody your authentic self, alchemize limiting beliefs, and connect to the love within you. Outdated programs, beliefs and/or traumas that are ready to be released will be brought to the light of consciousness so that you may grow and expand even more on your journey home to you.
