Lisa's therapeutic approach is very grounded and holistic in nature.  Lisa is continuously developing her skill set with new healing modalities.  Lisa's fascination with the human energy field and the mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of the self led her to study Mindfulness Meditation, become a Reiki Master/Teacher, and Transformational Life Coach.  


Self care and balance is very important to Lisa and she follows the natural flow of life.  She meditates daily and enjoys yoga and communing with nature.
